How do I make a return?

We hope you love your Aria The Label pieces, but we’re happy to accept returns if you change your mind.  

Please email us at contactariathelabel@gmail.com to let us know you'd like to make a return.

Please include in your email - 

- Your order number

- Which items will be included in your return

- Reason for your return 

We will email back within 24 hours to confirm acceptance of your return and provide the returns address.

Please double check your order to ensure it meets our return criteria before sending.

There is a return form enclosed with your order. Please complete the return form and enclose this with your unwanted items. This MUST be included to ensure your refund is processed quickly and correctly.

Ship it back to us and we'll do the rest!

Aria The Label is not responsible for covering the cost of returning your parcel. 

We recommend you return your parcels to us tracked and signed, as we will not accept liability for any lost returns. 

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from date of receipt to return your order to us. The item must be received by us within this 14 day period.

What is your return criteria?

We quality check all items returned to us – items should be returned in a new and unused condition, with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging.

Refunds will not be given if the returned item does not meet our Return Criteria. 

All returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must have all ATL swing tags, security tags and labels still attached without signs of tampering. 
• Items must be unworn and unwashed. 
• Items must not contain any signs of pet hair or smoke. 
• Returns will not be accepted (and refunds will not be issued) if items have marks or stains of any kind (including make-up, fake tan or deodorant marks). 
• Items will not be accepted if the hygiene label has been removed. 
• Please return items as dispatched (buttons done up, folded and inside the original packaging, including tissue paper and promo cards).
• Sale items are not eligible for refund.

What happens if my return does not meet the criteria?

If you try to return an item that does not meet this criteria, you will not receive a refund and you will need to pay for the cost of the postage for the item to be returned back to you. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to swap an item or change a size, please be sure to return your item to us for a full refund and re-order the new item.

When will I get my refund?

Returns for refund are usually processed within 10 working days of receiving the item. You will receive an e-mail notification when your refund has been processed. Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

Definitely! Be sure to include all the items you want to return and ensure that all return slips are also included within the parcel. That way we can identify which orders are included and ensure you get the correct refund.
