Offer valid for local & international orders totaling USD250 or more before taxes or any fees. Packages will be shipped for FREE using Standard Shipping service.

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Aria, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

WHEN YOU BECOME RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT

The Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you provided us. You own the Product which is the subject of your Order once we have received payment in full for your Order.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of Aria and we are not aware of what they might amount to. Make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.

 

RETURNS

We accept exchange within 30 day from the day of receipt, taking note of the following:

  1. All original tags, packaging and garment bags are intact for product(s) due for exchanged;
  2. Returned product(s) must be unworn and unwashed;
  3. In the original condition as received;
  4. Exchanged in the original ARIA delivery bag / box.
  5. Or you can exchange your items at our physical store.

To start a return request, please:

  1. Fill in the returns note. If you can’t find the return slip we sent you, you may download it here.
  2. Pack the item and your completed returns note in its original packing material.
  3. Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 20 working days from dispatch date for local orders.
  4. Send us an email at hello@ariathelabel.com with attachment of the dispatch slip so that our team member can expect your parcel.

You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. ARIA is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection
with, the transport and return of the goods to ARIA.

If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return. If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which we have received the returned Product. Please note that refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

We apologize profusely for this slip. If you believe you have receive a faulty item, please let us know immediately.

Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to hello@ariathelabel.com. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit.
